• Let’s acknowledge that the author was in the right regarding their travel plans, since they both agreed to the fact that the coworker would be getting an Uber home. No one said anything about the author needing to schlep in the other direction for her benefit, and no one certainly said anything about the author paying for his coworker’s Uber after he declined to be her own personal chauffeur.
